is composed of Lecithin
Lecithin a naturally
occuring phospholipid found in every cell of the body.
The highest concentration of lecithin is in the
vital organs - the brain, the heart, the liver and the
kidneys. The brain shows a dry composition of
30% lecithin, and about 1/5 of our nerves are composed
of lecithin.
